How it works
- 1. Sign up below. Enter your email to sign up. If you want Hearth over text, add your mobile number and check the consent box. Texts are optional: you can decline and still sign up and use Hearth.
- 2. Ask anything about your home. "When were the HVAC filters last changed?" "Who does our pest control?" "What's overdue right now?"
- 3. Get an instant answer. Hearth replies with a single automated message based on your home's maintenance records, systems, and vendor directory.

SMS program disclosures
- Texting Hearth is entirely optional and standalone. Consent to receive text messages is never required to use, purchase, or access any Projott LLC product, service, or website, and is not a condition of any transaction.
- What you receive: informational messages about your home only. Automated answers to questions you text in, maintenance reminders, and service schedule updates. No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.
- Messages are conversational: Hearth sends one automated reply per question you text. Message frequency varies based on your usage.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@projott.com.
- No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
